These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Renewly AI, a subscription and receipt management platform built for founders, freelancers, and small teams tracking their AI tools and SaaS spend.

By accessing or using Renewly AI, you agree to be bound by these terms.

Account Registration

When you create an account, you must provide accurate information and keep it updated. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account, including any team members you invite.

User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Follow our guidelines and policies
• Respect intellectual property rights
• Not engage in harmful or malicious activities
• Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to Renewly AI or other users' data

Content and Services

Your Content

You retain ownership of the subscription, receipt, and billing data you upload or connect through Renewly AI, including data synced via Gmail integration.

Our Services

Renewly AI tracks your recurring subscriptions, flags wasted spend, sends renewal reminders, and uses AI (including OCR and third-party AI models) to extract details from receipts and connected inboxes. We provide these services on an "as is" and "as available" basis, and features may change as the product evolves, including during our open beta.

Teams

Team accounts share visibility into subscriptions and spend across the organization. Account owners are responsible for who they invite and what those members can access.

Billing and Plans

Paid plans, including Enterprise, are billed through our payment processors. Fees, quotas, and features for each plan are described on our pricing page and may change with notice.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to Renewly AI:

• For violations of these terms
• For illegal activities
• At our sole discretion

Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

• Indirect or consequential damages
• Loss of profits or data
• Service interruptions
• Inaccuracies in AI-extracted or OCR-extracted receipt and subscription data

Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of Renewly AI constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by applicable laws without regard to conflicts of law principles.
